Do you know how a spray works? I don't think so. A spray is a custom texture that you can add to CSS and they will look the same quality like all the textures in CSS, you can't control it and make it crystal clear quality like that, you get what you get. The render that you see is what I shoved in-game, and that is how the game controls it.

To answer your other question, the cat one isn't transparent and doesn't use custom VTF settings that make it pixelated like mine does, also mine had to be 64 X 64 size to get it to work in-game. You can't control it. Don't bother arguing with me on this topic, I know how sprays work in-game and CS:S textures.

So YES! The answer is in fact YES! The game is to blame for the crappy quality, my settings are on high and that is the best the spray will look no matter what you do. A VTF image needs to stay under 120 KB to work in-game, to keep it like that I had to make the size 64 X 64 and the game resize it automatically to 256 X 256, which is 400% of that. I added settings to make it looks pixelated or close to it. The one with the cat doesn't have those settings for one... it has less than 5 frames so it's probably 256 X 256 or 128 X 128 by default, meaning it will retain more quality. I believe you just lost the argument miserably.
