Another silly community idea, have fun! Original awesomeface from the mind of anonymous/goons (anyone know the original source?), edited by myself to be a Medic version with some distressing ala the resupply cabinet decals.

And have you noticed that the medic himself sort of makes this face in his new Oktoberfest taunt? :D

If I make the other classes, they'll be bundled.
