Impressive and superior cut out. If you want maximum sexiness, I suggest you try to use Filter > Sharpen. I found out that it makes the sprays look 5X better, for last resort, but only if you are sure about yourself, try using Filters > Blur > Gaussian Blur. Set it to 3.5, then go to Edit > Fade Gaussian Blur and set it to Lighten. That makes glows look a lot better, like the arm and adds nifty little sparkles around it. You should use that for smoke or effects like on that arm.
