I have no idea why I made this. It came to mind. And yes i made it with the see through parts and all. And yes, it is a distraction. Imagine walking through de_dust2 and seeing a random Handicapped sign on the ground. WTF? lol.

Looks alright.. does not look as square as a real life handicapped parking stall.. & looks like there is an obvious square border beneath
