There are no scripts, and some folders are empty. If you fix this, ill reassess

You just leave them in the folder. Make sure you install the scripts.

Do I have to take the mp3s out of the their folder or just leave it their? because it's not working ingame.

You just put the scripts and sounds folder in your cstrike directory.

There IS no scripts folder... I haven't tried it out yet, but I think it doesn't work without having the folder... please add :) -Berry

Make sure you put the game_sounds_radio file in the scripts folder and put the radio folder in your sounds folder.
