Author's Readme/Notes:
New payload explosion sound I made. It has new explosion sound, new "fallout" sound and sirens just after "Victory!" or "You failed!". There's 300 KB limit, so I had to cut preview a bit.
Installation: unzip in team fortress 2/tf/sound
Hope you like it! :D
