Author's Readme/Notes:

I always thought the Combine needed more ragdolls, and I noticed that the Jinrai guys from Neotoyko looked pretty nice, so I reskinned them into somthing a bit more Combine.

Also special thanks to Bloocobalt for helping out with the chest area of the texture and making it look much cleaner.
