I can't open it in hlmv, mine is broken :/

Are you sure the fps isn't too high/low that it might play really fast? Or maybe the arm got rotated during a sequence, I know that has happened to me before.

2.What sense does it make that you can see the throw animation in hlmv but not in css??

1. It's too large with its stick.
2. The game is just to lazy to show the animation. That isnt my fault.
