Pros: It works as a Hello Kitty Grenade, an it looks pretty good too.
Cons: It's not exactly original, but oh well.

It's not about not "looking too good"
It's about being able to tell which grenade just landed at your feet, 2 seconds before it blows; and the handles don't adequately help to differentiate in such a short amount of time.

The textures looks like they could use a little work, but I like what you were trying to do here, as well as the color scheme! I'd be using these in a second, if there was a little more effort put into them.
The Hello Kitty decals themselves are a great choice, but the cutout on them looks a bit crude. (could just be VTF compression though).

Overall, they looks like they could use a few details. Something as simple as slightly worn off bits of paint, and some hearts/rainbows/whatever cutesy thing you can think up, would go a long way in sprucing it up.

It also looks like it could be a problem differentiating between the smoke and flashbangs on the fly. Something as simple as adding a blue stripe around the Flashbangs, and a new Hello Kitty decal; so they don't both have the same one.


Also, get rd of the "Valve" and "FPSBanana" in the credits (they're not needed), and add "Sanrio". They made the images and hold the copyright on Hello Kitty and her likeness.

But you must! Or else you ruin all that really funny stereotypical stuff! -_-

People don't seem to understand that stereotypes are only stereotypes...

Anyways, on to the review...

Opening Notes
This skin is pretty much only for the Hello Kitty Fans, but in all honesty, those who like Hello Kitty enough to want something like this, probably don't play this game.

Textures:
As for the skins, they're terrible, but not because of Hello Kitty. They're just poorly made, although the fact that you made world model skins does say you put a minute amount of effort into them. But the skins themselves are just the default textures, with the majority replaced by a single solid pink color overlay, topped off with a picture of Hello Kitty. And then the fact that the tops of the grenades (minus the flashbang) look like highly bleached brightness/contrast destroyed messes.

Lack of Effort:
As for the sounds in v2, there shouldn't be a V2. You should have taken the time to finish V1 completely before releasing, that means making the sounds and such, or just leaving this as the final product. But that only applies to skins that aren't of particularly good quality, or of a theme that only a small amount of people would even consider.

Improvements:
Some improvements you could have made, would have been making/aquiring custom models. For instance, you could have made the frag, flash and/or smoke grenades hello kitty dolls, but with different textures. As well, you could have gone the extra mile to include the sounds within this pack. It's also worth noting that you should have created more of a variation between the flash and smoke grenades, than just the white tops of the grenade. Try mixing the colors up. Yes, I realize that Hello Kitty means pink, however as this quick google search shows, there are more Hello Kitty colors than just pink.

Screenshots:
You should always have quality screenshots of your work to submit. Don't use small, pixelated, low quality garbage like you have here, all it does is hurt your release by not showing off the details of your work, by creating the appearance that it is an abnormally low quality submission.
