A 8.7 is good for this skin its just a big overlay and colerchange no depth or anything bad crafted with scratches but a 8.7 is good enough for this skin

No offense, but your logic is rather backwards.
If it looks good in game, does it really matter what it looks like in the VTF? You're just giving extremely poor reasons to mark it down. Since the whole point of using a skin, is to change the look in game, not to look at a VTF. Granted this skin could be better, but to say this only deserves a 7.7, simply because of something so trivial, is rather irritating to see.

Plus "Make it proper." really isn't C&C. (Constructive Criticism.)
Please at least give him something to work with, something to change and something to improve upon. Nothing is more disheartening, than receiving an average or low mark, and not being told exactly why you received such a rating.
