I like the tiger stripe overlay, and you've used it really well. You haven't just overlayed everything, you've actually put effort into it.

I can't really see that many cons, besides it being a bit blurry, and that the helmet stripes are a bit weird; each stripe begins out of each other at a strange angle.

One thing you might want to do is make it appear furry. I'm no good with normal maps so I can't help you. Try the tutorials not only on FPSB but on google as well.
You could also overlay the defuser, and if you feel up to it, make the skin a higher resolution.

Maybe you could do the whole CT series different animals of the jungle ;D
