Author's Readme/Notes This is my 2nd skin for the "Cartoon Camo Pack" I'm working on. Remember this is my 2nd only made skin in my life, still treat it with kindness since im still learning the basics of skinning. Credits: Valve, Archangel505. I will be releasing a Cartoon Camo Weapon for every class, and Cartoon Camo player skins. Weapons will have different colors of camo, and so will players. Please Enjoy my 2nd made skin, The "Cartoon Camo Pistol".

Looks like filters. Instead of just using filters, you can create your own texture. open the default skin as a layer over itself, and fill the area you are editing with a solid color. add some brushes, like grunges or scratches with the burn dodge tool too make it look more improved and detailed. add dodges on edges of the edited parts to give the weapon good definition. then, you could add small dodges and burns along with whatever colors and styles you like, and then this skin would be much better. Its okay work considering it is your second, but maybe releasing a pack one at a time for this isnt the best course of action.
