Pros: You've got a good idea, and I think you should work on re-doing this one before progressing with other teams. Cons: Everything is one color, just filled in. I wouldn't really be surprised if you say you used paint. It's too simple, and lacking effort. I can understand if you do not know how to do better, but there are various skinning guides to help your cause! I believe you have the process down, but make sure you're utilizing a good image editor with your process like Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro. TF2 Beginners Skin Guide Improvements: Use more in-depth color and really make a good skin for this model. You can learn with the tuts on this site. Fabric Tutorial Basic Burning and Dodging Notes: Good head start, but lots to go!

The heavy in red looks actually ok and looks like somthing he could actually wear. but the heavy in blue just doesnt work. Its ok.

Pros: Great idea. Cons: Flat colors, no detail or shading aside from what the engine applies. Improvements: Add some shading to the clothes and possibly some details like mud or grass stains on his pants. Notes: I'm not aussie, so I can't suggest a team to make. My only suggestion is get some variance in the color before people go blind ;]
