Author's Readme/Notes:

I noticed that the characters looked kind of flat when they go into an uber charge. So I decided to add the characters' bumpmaps to it. I don't think you'll be spending your time checking out the detail on the model when you see a an uber heavy coming down the corridor. This is for those who like the added detail.

FYI I didn't make these bumpmaps so credits to Valve.

You named the folder "team fortress 2\tf\material"
when it should have been "team fortress 2\tf\materials".
Why didn't anyone find this?
It didn't work until I fixed it myself.
Other than that, nice.

They are the ones made by valve simply added because when players were ubered they lost their bumpmaps and looked flat.says it all in the description.

Is there any chance of getting a comparison shot? Like you said, I don't tend to focus on uber'd people, just running from their fire.

A comparison shot would be greatly appreciated, and if I see there is a significant change, or even a small one, but it looks good, I'll download it. :)

So? It doesn't actually matter how easy it is! It's what the end result is, and the end result is that it look a little better for the people who are detail freaks. It's not a bad job either.

Pros: i like it, hasn't been done before and actually looks great!
no extra drop in fps here, no bad detail etc etc.
Cons: nothing. it is how it is used to be , u did nothing wrong.
