Author's Readme/Notes A greatly improved version of my older version of my classic shotgun, v2. Now with sexy Wood, and Fine tuned in some other areas, and one barrel brightened slightly. Hope you like it. :D

Detail: I like it, although it is the default model and everything the wood is a nice. I also like the differant shades of grey. It was kind of nice. You also have to remember that this still kind of adheres to the cartoony graphics of TF2. Functionality: Definitely functions, the texture don't glitch and it is fully functional. Originality: This is pretty original, I've never seen a take on a classic shotgun (not that I go into the TF2 skins section), but it was a pretty original skin, and the wood just adds to it. It was alright. Texture: The texturing was pretty good. The shades of grey were beautiful and the wooden texture was a nice find. You did a nice job. Overall I think this skin was a nice take on a classic shotgun, and definitely a nice present to the TF2 skins section. Good luck with your future skins. Good job!

Wood and reciever are good but that's all I can really say. It seems that all the detail was lost at the barrel. You shouldve kept going with the same texture all the way down and just lightened the barrel afterwards. I wasnt going to assess your other attempts mainly because they were total shit. Now that you have a decent attempt at this idea I deem it worthy of an assessment. Much better then your previous attempts but not so great overall. I hope you don't make more versions of this. The default shotgun is overdone. EDIT: It also seems like some detail was lost in compression around the receivers edges. you should really learn how to save your vtfs effectively using the sdkwiki.

This is alot better,but you could trash the old 2 and keep this one due to people will winge about spam D: Textures are good and detailed phong looks coool :) wood is perfect for me :) i love it :D Metal looks clean and detailed i would have added scratches on the barrel and body of the gun because i like it torn :D Other then that it's nice :)
