Does it any matters if i put the skin in 'Program' or in 'Program Files' ?

Pros: Great texture and model
Cons: see improvments
Improvements: put more blood
Notes: great model just needs more blood

I couldn't do anything that makes if more than a recolour because most of that effect was contributed to the faces in the Medic set.
And seeing as the soldier has no hair, and half his head is covered by his helmet, I couldn't really do much.

I'll probably do Demo, Spy then Engi next up.
Any other tips on doing the blood? Feltorn's Medics had a Blood sprite made for css, so they were detailed. I tried to keep my blood to the TF2 theme.
Which I suppose is a problem in itself as everything should have the same general theme.

Also, I've got a really bad cold, so I might stay home a couple days, get me some work done!

Anyway, on to the skin; looks good, it's fitting with the Biohazard Medic scheme. My criticism for this is that the two skins are the same, though. With the Medics the two have some minor details that are different and make them looks like more than a recolor. Looks a little plain overall, but then again the Soldier doesn't give you much to work with.

I'd suggest changing up the bloodstains on the black/red Soldier, put them in different spots or something. Maybe give him more? And make it the same color as the blood on the white/blue Soldier. And make the grenades less pink and more red-colored.

Lastly, have you thought about adding something to further make them stand out? Maybe give the black/red guy some facial hair?
