All this is, is the default smg with assault rifle parts put onto it, from what I can see 3 parts.

Looks like you just took parts from the Combine rifles and mashed them up on the smg1. Doesn't looks too good imo, just a simple model hack.

The model is actually made by valve, it's the combine mounted assault rifle you use occasionally. Therefore he doesn't have to add novarain, just valve.

About the hack, it looks rather weird. You should have replaced parts of the mp7 with ar2 parts instead of adding them or atleast resize them to fit. The front thing you added looks alot smaller than the gun, also, I think tthat you should have retextured the parts you used for consistency.
