It isnt really meant to be lighting, I was trying to make it unrealistic but have an interesting look, rather than just a solid color.

Lighting is terrible, it almost makes it appear cylindrical, and there is no reason why the edges should be black there's no detail, no colour variation, no lighting, no wear and tear. it just looks like a bunch of gradients, sorry but i feel very little effort or thought was put into this

Son, might all ready know this allready but when you add lighting to flat objects you should use a 300pxl + brush on a lowish exposureand do vertical lines. ;] looks good though!

It looks good to me... and others have said the same. At least i took the time to texture it instead of doing an overlay like many people do. Maybe specify what i can do to improve it?

You have highlights going down the middle of a flat surface... The highlighting was not meant to be realistic in any way, it is TF2.
