it don't have other scouts with black wraps, try and get a skin with black wraps. (if you want one with the default scout yet black wraps, try this.

Pros: Great detail, I can see every little stretch in the bandage. It really looks like a real life gauze bandage, amazing. Plus the choice of black is a great addition.
Cons: Just like the default skin, it looks like a glove with bandage wrapped around it. It doesn't look like the bandage was actually wrapped around the hand. That's the feeling I got after playing with it for some hours.
Improvements: Not alot of improvements possible here, I think it's pretty much impossible to fix what I stated in Cons, maybe that's just my bad eye.

Cons: TF2 is NOT realistic, this skin is, however for the high res and because this is one of teh few skins like this around il take it

Ummm World View is impossible for this unless you are meaning have a skin of normal scout with this but yea the hands on the player model are combined with the hole person besides the head so there would be no way to install a world view for every skin.
