Author's Readme/Notes Elderly Demoman v.2 now includes a bump map to enhance the facial features of the Demoman, his facial hair is no longer 2d. Wrinkles have also been added. This skin now only includes the head skins and no longer includes my recolour of his clothes.

Pros: Amazing beard. Fits the tf2 style and just changes his face. Cons: not a full beard, just a soul patch where the rest should be. Improvements: look at cons. Notes: This is the best tf2 skin if your looking for small changes to the demoman but want somthing diffrent.
