I'm really not that good at making my own stuff. :( I still need alot of tuts. :(
I don't see why this is so highly-rated, no offense, but this could use some work.

Improvements:
The bio-hazard logo is simply googled. Try making you own next time.
Also, it looks very sloppy, just copied and pasted it on..try engraving it.
Oh..and the smudges? That's a brush on Photoshop, so all you did there was click a few times.
