The only ones that kinda work are the soldier, engie, and scout. the heavy looks good but his voice would just screw it up. the others just plain dont work haha.

First off I'd like to say it's nice that you intended to make this available for players. I myself am black and have thought about doing this before, but like some people have said it kind of doesn't fit, because you're just changing the skin tone, in order for it to be likable you should change something about the outfits, hairstyle. I know that would be a lot of work, but it would make it better. But I agree with hoLyshiZ skin tones should of varied.

Now instead of going on about how they can't be black because everyone knows they're white, I think I'll just say good job for not making them look like a blob of dark colour. Haha.

Actually, it looks unnatural to make them black because everyone knows that they are white originally and when you see them black, it just doesn't work... and dont call me racist cause it's not meant to be racist..

Than you can fuck right off. No one cares about your opinion. It should be counted last when assessing skins. Effort, skill and time mainly come in first, what YOU personally think or want should have little to nothing to do with the mark you give something.
