I know the world models clip but I can't fix it since the guns are differently proportioned.

The texture is a little blurry because of minor stretchin on the uv maps plus the maps only being 1024x1024 for the whole gun minus optics.

Excellent job, then putting the Tar-21 in some CS stuff is a great idea.
An idea that unfortunately only the CS:S skinners had. I wish a CS:CZ skinner could make a Tar-21 like yours for CS:CZ.

COOL, just one thing. Buy pic... The textures are fine and the gun looks awesome but a buy pic would help alot in the game.

Pros: a good skin. I just got over using the BR2, but it got old for me. Now I use this and it A:feels more accurate and B: is a unique design/the anims are choice.
Cons: none
Improvements: Make it shinier. I want it to more reflective to create real-ness to it. Right now it doesnt feel real enough.
Notes: overall, this is a great skin that definitely deserves a 10/10. I'm going to use this for a long time. :D
