My first atempt at the new craze of animated gloves, as started by Unbreakable.
As these were a second test, the animation is a simple glowing tatoo.
The gloves have been made slightly lighter, with some lighter patches on the sides. A small dragon head was placed on top. The tatoo running down the arm is animated, as the image shows below. It has a simple glowing effect and is a bit slower than the image in-game, but you can edit the speed in the vmt, by altering the frames per second value.

Pros: looks nice with the glowing tatoo

He doesn't have to credit me for this.


He does't need to credit you because of the idea. You can use other ideas without crediting them, you did't do anything on this so you should't be in the credits, but if you want to be nice it would be nice if he credited you for the idea.
But ideas should't really be credited.
It's like SupaMan made a custom M4A1 and after that AFKkiller makes an other custom M4A1, when of course AFKkiller should't credit SupaMan because of the custom m4 idea.
Yes I just made up SupaMan and AFKkiller..

Well, i think it's okay i guess. Maybe make a more realistic animation, like dripping blood or something. The gif is really helpful btw.

He doesn't have to credit the Elfa for this, Making an animated vtf has been done many times before him, He just tried somthing different and now people are folowing what he has done.

I really don't like, the gloves look like they were just brightened to me, and you just put that shape over it and made a diffrent file with the tattoo blurred, it may appeal to some people but personally not to me, I dont think having a tattoo that flashes or lights up or whatever is good imo :S but ya... I guess it's just some gloves work with being animated certain ways and others don't.
