Realistic and awesome. I've compared some pictures of an ak-47 and an ak-74.. I don't see any MAJOR problems or mistakes with the clip.
But, in my opinion it looks more like a 47

Well it could be a mix of different stuff, like if somebody attached a drum magazine for a Colt
