Well guys, i dunno how to tell you but the ip adress you supplied is wrong, that's an Local Area Network (LAN) ip not a public IP, therefore nobody can join. What you need to do is find out if your server is set to use Internet (as a network) not LAN and find out your public IP (in case you are using a modem or firewall!
