It just floods the use key which makes even more sound than defusing :D, but if someone just hears you pressing E and doesnt notice that you are defusing. Btw you can do this manually too by just tapping use key at the same time you start defusing.

Using a script to do this is illegal, if you do it without scripts it's fine - eg pressing "use" over and over its called silent because when you start defusing it makes a loud noise, but because the action is repeated it cuts off the noise
