Notes/Usage Instructions:

Install the script into your Cstrike/cfg folder.

Usage: Place the following into your autoexec.cfg Once in-game, press F1 to start spinning so you wont get auto kicked, and you will say a message. Press F1 again to stop the spinning and say that your back.

alias "afkOn" "cl_yawspeed 9999; +left; w2; say Need to go do something, brb; alias afk afkOff"

Was it enabled? Were you running HLSS or any other third party programs that used the bind "F1"? Try changing the bind to ALT or something.
