Create one in your : cstrike/cfg folder This is usually something like C:\Program Files\Valve\Steam\SteamApps\Your Steam Username\\counter-strike source\cstrike So, open notepad, paste that in, save it as "autoexec.cfg" WITH the "" into the folder

Basicly, rather than having to hold your K button to talk on the mic, just press it to start talking and press it again when you have finished.
