The following script turns your Right KeyPad numbers 0-9, +, - into a set of thirdperson view commands.

-NOTE! This Script will only work on a server with SV_CHEATS 1 ENABLED.
You will have no problem running this script on your own local server being that you can input console commands.

This script will work well for either taking in game screenshots of skins/maps/sprays, or to also have fun experimenting with third person view. Again, this will only work on a server either running sv_cheats 1, or on your own local area network server.

INSTALLATION
============
Go to Start, Programs, Accessories, Notepad. Copy and Paste the following GREEN code directly into the new text document.

bind "KP_LEFTARROW" "cam_idealyaw -90"
bind "KP_Home" "cam_idealyaw -135"

bind "KP_RIGHTARROW" "cam_idealyaw 90"
bind "KP_PGDN" "cam_idealyaw 45"

bind "KP_INS" "incrementvar cam_idealpitch 0 360 25"
bind "KP_MINUS" "firstperson"

Then save this file as "thirdperson.cfg" (without quotations) and place it into your Counter strike Config folder. Example directory below,

C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\YOUR_STEAM_ID\counter-strike source\cstrike\cfg\

Then, launch up Counterstrike Source, start server / join server, and type "exec thirdperson" (without quotations) into console.

Hi mate me again lol, ok so i saved it as thirdperson.cfg to cstrike/cfg u load game make my own server then i make sure sv_cheats 1 is enabled i type exec thirdperson it says couldnt exec thirdperson ive tried typing it with no space and an _ ect... know what im doing wrong?

Hello, sorry the text arrangement had been messed up and duplicated for some odd reason.. Anyways, I fixed and updated this script and installation instructions. Posted by \|NaD\|Luke Wish it worked for me. When ever i type exec thirdperson steam says could not run thirdperson. Is there a way to fix this? It will only run on a server with sv_cheats 1 enabled. That could be the issue possibly.

Very nice man, only hard thing is finding a server with sv_cheats enabled.. Its fun to use at lans though.
