You do not download lol. you copy into your userconfig.cfg file in your cstrike. if you dont have that file then make it

Assuming you mean that when you open the document, it is a .txt file, then you can fix that. Click save as in the userconfig document, then where it says something about file types, click on all file types. Then you're gonna want to change the name from "whatever.txt" to "whatever.cfg". Ignore the windows message saying that changing file extensions can do harm. I hope you understood that :P
