Author's Readme/Notes: This is just a simple building that I created a while ago for my unfinished map de_inner-city. I then decided to use it as a prefab in other map creations of mine, so I might as well let others use it so they don't decompile my maps :P The building is unaccessible, there is no back, only front, so I recommend you place this somewhere in your map, where the player will not be able to access or see the back of it. Modify & use this as you wish.

Yes, it should be a VMF, I'm not sure why it isn't. Try placing it in your prefabs folder anyways and see what happens.

This is great. I'm definitely using this in my map. I'll credit you if I submit it. Great work! Keep it up. Edit: Err... What is the filetype? When I extracted it all it said was 'file' where it would usually say like Valve Map File of whatever...
