If this is all brush work i'd say "WTF" because css is a model sanctuary. if it is a model i'd say "why post here?"

Pros: -It's a Police Car -Nice Letters Cons: Nothing lights up. Improvements: Make the police light bar look better.

Well you got to get Photosop, GIMP, Paint Shop Pro or some good program which can open TGA. Then you edit the texture you want or make a new one. Then you save it to TGA but don't know how you can create a new custom texture so, that it's able to use in a model that already has it's own texture. I mean that how you could change the texture WHITOUT REPLACING it? So I don't know. You got to check out some tutorial for skinning.
