Author's Readme/Notes: This is a prefab based on the seqence in hl2 where the rebels pull down the big screen(breencast) it looks allot like the orriginal,i used the normal citizens ,but you can change the into rebel's or refugees if you want to. im not sure if it will work with combine,but i think it wont work. there is a breen in the prefab doing his breen thing. i used the full breen instead of the half breen wich was used in the orriginal hl2 maps.
