Mirror Status Codes
|
The status code of each FPSB Mirror determines what SYNC programs will run on them.
ONLINE
Mirror is online, serving downloads and accepting uploads via qSYNC and ReSYNC. CheckSYNC will run periodically to verify the integrity of new file uploads.
FULL
Mirror is online but has reached the disk allocation specified by the owner. The mirror still serves downloads but doesn't accept uploads. CleanUpSYNC will run on this mirror periodically trying to free up disk space by deleting old files.
SETUP
Mirror is awaiting InitSYNC, the setup program. If InitSYNC is successful, the mirror will change to status ONLINE.
PEND
Mirror is awaiting admin authorization. Once authorized, the mirror will enter the SETUP status.
ERROR
The mirror is offline due to an error. qSYNC, ReSYNC, CheckSYNC and CleanUpSYNC are disabled until the mirror is fixed. The mirror will enter the SETUP status before returning to ONLINE or FULL status.
CON ERROR
The mirror is offline due to a connection error. This type of error is not as severe as the general ERROR status as from time to time a connection error occurs which won't occur again. Connection errors can occur if the mirror is temporarily down or if FPSBANANA is having troubles of its own. For this reason, mirrors with this status will be retested 5 times before changing to the ERROR status. If the connection is re-established, the mirror will enter the SETUP status before returning to the ONLINE or FULL status.
OFF
The mirror is offline for reasons other than an error. |
