Do some research about timezones.

I have; I know how to show the tiem of a time zone since I know the GMT of the server this module is on (GMT +1). I just am trying to figure out how to make a person be able to select a GMT from the edit panel. That's what I'm stuck on; the button to select and keep a gmt.

The only thing is that I need it to show the date of the person adding or viewing the module :/ .

Can i test?

It's not even ready for testing :P .
All it does right now is tell your hello, and display the server time. I need to make it so that it will show the time of the users location.
