You can't simply release ported content just because the company which released the game does not exist anymore.
The dopefish is considered as illegal at FPSB too, it just was overlooked that the model was actually ported.
For future submissions, refer to the
Porting Whitelist
before uploading ports.
If you think that porting from Ritual Entertainment games should be allowed, you can talk to Tom about this topic. -Unless he adds the company to the whitelist, such submissions will not be tolerated.

Well i know you want something to do, so i got an idea.

my texture
i tried compiling it (for cs source) and i always fail with making the model look properly smooth, so you can do it, and release it.

No need to apologize. As long as there is a texture behind it, it will work fine. Since you're editing the alpha channels instead of the actual model, everything shows up.
