ASP.NET is a technology that enables users to create dynamic web pages by splitting each page into two sections: 1) The ASP.NET webpage, which contains the ASP.NET/HTML/CSS markup, and 2) the code-behind which can be written in C# or VisualBasic.
When a browser connects to an ASP.NET website it sends a request for a page to the server. A normal server would simply output the HTML page, but a ASP.NET server compiles the code-behind, running any necessary functions, including the ability to modify the ASP.NET markup, and add/change controls on the page, then parses the ASP.NET markup to output a HTML page that is server generated.
This is useful because each postback the server can execute functions and algorithms designed to make the page fully dynamic and interactive. It also has seemless integration and use of AJAX, JavaScript, Silverlight, and other technologies.

I know its glitched. That only happens if no-one in the thread has a signature of 600 pixels. Do you have any idea on how to fix it?

No thats not the flash Tbar, I removed it because it didn't work.
