The guy asked for people on fpsb to help him with the problem, your response "google it bro" was an unconstuctive, lasy response. Anybody with even a bit of technical know how knows how to use google, and people will become reluctant to post here if they keep being tolled to go elsewhere.
The post had been reported by a trusted ex-moderator for the same reason. If you genuinly wnated to help the guy you could have reaserched the answer and found him some articles or links.

Are you tying to make custom ones? like go into photoshop and create something then convert to a GUI?
if so you have to make the image either 1024x1024 or 2048x2048
