So I bought a paintball gun last month, a Tippmann X7. They're supposedly the most customisable marker around, and you can fit real weapon accessories onto them because the rails are the same size, yay. My older brother's got one too, but with an M4 stock and red dot sight. I've still yet to customise/upgrade mine, but i'll show it when it is. :]

Also bought a Playstation 3 the other day, and they're rawr-some. Got R6 Vegas 2, Motorstorm, and GT Prologue, good fun. Why isn't Rock Band out yet here :\

Just doing one of these out of boredom, so time to think out loud :] Listening to some Dire Straits atm, and i'm suddenly tempted to buy a keyboard (music one of course :P), the piano parts in these songs are really inspiring me to get one. Also i've kind of wanted to be able to play the piano parts to GNR's November Rain, Estranged, and so on, epic stuff. Maybe for my birthday. Feb 4th, remember :]

Bought Rainbow Six Vegas and skate. for my 360 a few days ago, they both rock. The intro to skate. is really funny, movie-like. R6 is great fun, regardless of it being a year or two old, it looks the same as anything else you see today, and yeah, like I said, is great fun. Me and a friend from college did some team deathmatch against these 2 kids that sounded like 10 year olds, when we beat them they kept complaining and saying 'you just won because you spawn camped, wahh'. So I was like, "yeah right, we never went near your spawn. that's the worst excuse ever". He was using exploits too, shooting through a certain wall, and getting on top of places you shouldn't be able to. Then his friend was like 'shut up or i'll kick you from the game', sore loser. They sure liked complaining. Close game though, and good fun.
Completed it on co-op with Draakje from CDG too, that was ace. About 3 quarters of the way through it on single player though.
Oh yeah, skate. Played it with mike- and schmung a few days ago, hilarious. mike doing a christ air into faceplant = roffles. Got about a quarter of the way through career mode i'd guess. I don't really feel like going back to it recently for some reason.

Uhm, maybe i'm rambling. Like I said, just typing this out of boredom, so it's nothing crazily interesting i'd bet :p

Got back into doing a few textures after another long gap between the last one. Working on a couple of textures right now, i'm really proud of one or two items :]

Does anyone have Slash's autobiography? I'm thinking of buying it or getting it for christmas, is it much good? I hear it is, maybe i'll just buy it anyway. Hmmmmm.

Buying a Playstation 3 in a few months... though i've got a long list of things to buy D:

Frijj milkshakes rock btw, 3 for £1 this month where I work. Chocolate fudge flavour is dangerously addictively tasty. Been buying loads of those. yummm.

Played CoD4 on my friend's PS3, it's a complete blast online, haven't had so much fun on an online game in ages. Screw CS. Buying it for PC, maybe I can get back into my brother's clan (they're like one of the top few clans for CoD, they rock). I love the idea of customising your weapon, traits, and so on. I'm sure the RPG-like aspects they've added to online (exp. points, promotions etc) will keep me playing it for a while :]

Just trying out this blog module, might keep it, might not.

A bunch of random stuff happening lately. Started a college course on computer games development, going really well, everyone in my class is awesome, including the teacher who really knows what he's going on about and is really enthusiastic about the whole subject, which is of course a plus. We did some modeling today in Lightwave, which is really different from 3DS Max, might take some getting used to :]

On the downside though, i've of course got a bit less free time. Saturday's the only day I don't have work or college, most days i've got one, the other, or both.

Uhm, what else... got invited onto the Insurgency mod team (cheers Jaboo <3) which i'm really happy about, followed the mod from back when it was called operation counter-insurgency. I remember looking at the media page years ago and staring in awe at the renders, never in my wildest dreams thought i'd ever be working on it (and I have some pretty wild dreams, i'll tell you that).

Still working on various models/textures here and there if it's of any interest to anyone.
