Very basic, Appears rushed or only 30% complete.
The Whole Brown texture is little more than a base with minimal lighting. Theres a bit of scratching but only in 1 place, it wouls have given the illusion of more detail if you did the same everywhere else as usual.
The rounded bit on the end of the boltpull Doesnt Match at all, Far too dark.
It wouldnt have been too much trouble to raise the polies on the scope which would make it a lot nicer.

Animations are good, very standard though.

Either way, the model could do with more polies, and better texture, also the handle should fit the hand better.
I Might make a better one, seen as my old crappy one for CS1.6 was quite popular

Pros:
Nicely Held by the Hands.
Cons:
Textures are Quite poor
Improvements:
Unrated's skin is ok, but could do with a bit more work, perhaps better scratches and vivid lighting.
Yours on the other hand needs a hell of a lot of work, at the moment its got No Detail, No Lighting, Some sort of weird coloration problem. At least make the hendle so that its a different material to the rest of the knife. and considering you have used a 1024x1024 map i would expect much sharper scratches and indents than on unrateds 512 maps.
Notes:
To be honest i could get a better much skin without even touching photoshop and just rendering texture maps from 3dsmax

Origins are Massive in my opinion, i havent played CSS for a while, but it looks HUGE.
Also, All your screenshots are the same, seeing the skin/model/animations half way through an animation sequence would be nice.
And yeah, Old Model And Old Texture.
