Animation:
Well first off the draw...
It will take more force from the hand to rotate the drum that fast and you did not show it. Also when pressing your fingers against an object they tend to move, in this case they should've been flat when moving the drum.
The shoot...
Shoot is pretty good, alot of recoil, seems pretty accurate for a magnum pistol. Though I see now the hammer doesn't come back, it needs to to be able to fire a bullet...
The reload...
Well the style is good but keeping the gun the way it is and moving your hand around like that would be incredibly difficult. Also, when putting in a new drum (am I correct in calling it a drum?), your fingers can't be spread out fully like you did and somehow lift and push it in like that, it's not possible and not smart. You really should have worked on that alot more. Arm flails about too much to which is really noticeable and irritating to the eyes.
All in all, you should really use link constraint, as it is apparent that you don't use it. Bullets seem to spazz out aswell then spinning the drum, work on that.
Detail:

Realism:
Why you put this as a criteria I don't know because the only thing that comes close to being realistic about this, is the shooting animation. Everything else is just.. weird.
Texture:
Once again, old model, old texture. Should have used End Of Days Raging bull.

Movements are near the same, the only thing you're missing is the 'snappy-ness'. They're too smooth and too subtle, nothing looks forced.
The thumb movement is way off. If you actually looked at the finger movements on the one actually from COD4, you will notice that it pressed the mag release button, not just stick up in the air like you have done. Doesn't even look like it flicks the slide release either...
You have the same problem with the other fingers, all 4 of them unwrap from the pistol to where they're barely vis-able from the players point of view.
The shooting is weird too, why does it move to the right on a straight line when firing? COD4 didn't do that.
Yes I'm being a picky bitch but too many people have tried to replicate cod4 anims and all have failed. The only ones that have ever been close are sick420's ak reload and his M82 reload.

Well,sir this time ur animations look pretty simple - plain mag in \ ot move , bultpull which reminds most of AK animations. Not that these anims bad,but they doesnt even look new to me. I remember your Deagle anims were something innovative with large recoil and badass reload. But these doesnt look that impressive at all.
I agree, it's all the same, nothing original.
I also have a comment about the reload, the end seems rushed like you tried to squeeze in a boltpull at the end. When the mag goes in, it looks like the hand comes off the mag before it is put in then quickly moves to the bolt, there it looks like not alot of force was applied because the fingers don't uncoil after letting go.

Animations seem bugged, the draw for example when running. The reloads have too much movement in the end and I really don't like the hand movements coming off the mag to the bolt.
Also not to be picky but the lens is off :l
