Very nice, it's so huge, had some fun driving around in it.

A few small complaints.
The bloom in places is overpowering, e.g on the windturbines.
The custom cars, when I get in them I get a nice shot of its boot and thats about it ( may be my fault :D)
Would be really nice if there were more enterable buildings.

Other than that it's pretty much perfect, If assments worked I'd give it a 9.9 <3

You write a tutorial on getting points and you dont talk about EFs? or the O:SOS thread? clearly you dont know much about getting points, this has been written poorly and barely covers the basics.

Edit: you want constructive> sure thing.

Firstly, you only mention 1 specific way of gaining points. You only mention the fact that you can get point by submitting points.
It would of been better if you had mentioned infomation on EFs and the Operation:Save old Subs thread. You gain an Ef by posting a quality response to almost any subbmission (exceptions include blogs and on profile pages (including studios, clans and clubs)). For each EF you gain 50p and you do enough Efs in a certain section you may ebcome a critic in that section.
In the Operation: Save old subs thread you get payed 100p to take screenshots of old maps/skins/sprays and so on. You can also get payed points for collecting lists of broken subbmissions (talk to the person in charge of that thread to how much you will get as the reward changes).
You could also mention that you can get point via being in a studio as when you release a submission in a studio, the studio gets points, and the leader of that studio can pay out those points at anytime.

Secondly your explaination of watchers is poor. For example you should mention that if you release qualtiy submissions, more people are likely to watch and therefore more points. Also I don't care about **WE ARE NOT APPLICABLE FOR ANY MATHEMATICAL ERRORS**, you should at least be able to times 2.5 by 4 and add 1, otherwise it just looks unprofessional.

Fianlly your explaination of what you can use points for is poor as well, you can use points for a huge variaty of things. For example, you can make contests ad have prise money. You can commision someone to make you a set or uberstlye. You can donate points to other people if you just feel nice.
Also you should include some prise range for things. for example
Ripe: 10-15k on average
Games: 2k=1$ on average
Sets or Uberstyles: 5k on average depending on quality.

P.S don't you talk to me about that Virus, I spent all day telling people to stay away from FPSB and I tried to help others who already got it.
Also fix your credits, you should only appear once, do it quickly or I'll change my rating to a dissaproval for improper credits

Creativity: Overall a nice spray with a good effect and an intresting idea for a border.
Creative wise, this isn't the most creative spray I have seen, a cut out and a window as a border. However it still works well and so still high marks there.

Detail: A pretty flawless cutout, with only a few small white bits in the hair. However, this is where I will get picky. The proportion seems completly wrong. Either she is huge or the window is tiny. Also the way you have postioned her, it looks like she is leaning in, which looks completly wrong with the way she is standing.

Style: The style is a nice idea, with the window as the border, however as I said above, it doesn't fully work with the picture chosen.
Overall a nice spray. Keep up the good work!

A very nice skin. I'm not normally a fan of the sleeves kind of hand skins but this one is very good. 10/10 my good man.

Creativity: Overall a nice spray and well set out. A nicely set out and well excuted spray. Perhaps a little more could of been added since again all it is a cut out, border and some shadows with teh addition of the text, but still nice.
Detail: The cut out is pretty much flawless with only a few minor flaws. Also perhaps the border could of been more detailed as pure white does make it slighlty boring but still it's good for what it is. The shadows work well providing the floating effect and look good on the spray.
Style:
Style: An excellent style which I haven't seen been used in sprays before. The floating gives the whole spray a sort of 'Magic Carpet' feel if you know what I mean. Overall the style is excellent and works excellently with the spray. My small peeve is the text, it seems sort of out of place and slighlty hard to read behind the woman. But still it works ok so only a few points lost there.

Creativity: Overall a very nice spray and well thought out. Creativity could be a bit better since all you did was add a border(ish) and some shadows, but still very good.
Detail: A very good cutout with no white edges anywhere. If I were to be picky, I would say that the cut out of the hair is a tiny bit choppy, but I acknowledge that cutting out hair is extremmly tricky so hardly any points lost there. Also perhaps the border could of been more detailed as pure white does make it slighlty boring but still it's good for what it is.
Style: An excellent style which I haven't seen been used in sprays before. The floating gives the whole spray a sort of 'Magic Carpet' feel if you know what I mean. Overall the style is excellent and works excellently with the spray.
Notes: It's always nice to see new styles and this one has come out very well. 9.3/10 well done :D
