Pros:
It's a skin.
Cons:
Looks like you just used a few brushes and overladed or turned opacity down. It is the exact same case from tf2 with some scratches added. Looks like something brushed over it instead of scratched it.
Improvements:
Make it looked more damaged. Get a normal map to make the scratches look indented. Add bullet holes or something. Don't make it look scratched all over. Consider darkening the whole case or the scratches and defiantly the white stripe.
