Pros: It's funny and he's face is priceless ;D maybe some black stoke on the yellow text would be nice.
Cons: well that would be the cut out.. This is made in G-mod right? My suggestion is you make a tunnel in Gmod and redo the picture and cut out the tunnel so it looks like it's comming out of the tunnel in the spray, It kinda shows a bit more that the train is moving and makes a grate border.
