Allthough i don't usually assess 1.6 maps this one looks pretty damn good. I see alot of effort put into this one.
This map actually makes sence. It is realistic! Although the game is not :)
Right here are some ideas for improving. Fix the door decal it looks wierd but keep it, it is adds more realism to the world , an entry point or something.
And the weapons on the ground. Put them into piles into corners. It makes more sence or put them onto boxes or even in. And it wouldn't hurt to have a few snipers on the roof. Though that is only a recomendation.
But what is already done. I like the snowy envoierment, it is good to have a few good winter maps around. The other ones are getting kinda boring. And you can't really call cs_office a winter map...
The displacement is done nicely and adds a nide and snowy look to the map.
The skybox is nice and adds a nice touch to the map and envoirement. You have done a really nice job with this map so i don't really see much to improve.
It would make a great paintball map too :)

Nothing we haven't seen before but it looks quite good.
Everything you have made looks quite good. But you could make screenshots what explain about the escape part.
The detail is quite good but some spots are too empty.
make new screenshots what show more and make some barricadable places so that if it is an escape map the escapers can barricade themselves.
VRAD aint on full you have lighting.
FPS is a bit low. If a person on a poor pc is playing on a full server with this map his/her fps will be really low.
But the overall looks are good but i don't really see any signs of nesseseary teamwork.

This looks like bloodrayne 1 , though that game had more displacement than you have done here. It is another depressing map , by that i mean the theme is depressing but that is the idea of zmod.
The buildings screem into my eye because they are poorly made, really quickly block by block. And alot of walls are just plain blocks. Where have you seen cliffs be so straight?
The fps is incredibly low, you we're the only person on the server and you had 87 fps, now think about a full unlimited ammo server where everybody has a smg and they all shoot, the fps will be around 5-10.
Oh and shouldn't that bridge have ropes?
The fog is good because it fits the theme, and so are the trees with the leaves falling off. It all goes by the map's theme and that keeps it in balance.
Oh and for fps , try optimizing :)

On topic :
I think low quality maps will be made forever. People shouldn't submitt they're first things unless they are really good.
I saw a few spots where zombies would probably need to use teamwork or atleast it would help, but there aren't any good places to hide for humans.
There is no skybox, most of the areas are so overused, though the lair was something i had never seen before.
The map needs to be bigger, it is incredibly small and there is no way 56 people would fit on it. Add a sun or some outdoor lighting effects. And this map is not a vrad : none - fullbright map.
Play with textures , don't be afraid to use bright colours. Bright colours are good cuz they are less depressing than the doll gray theme.
If it is a military hideout , add some infernary's a helipad , communication center, resting area. And add a projector and a few computers to the conference room.

Pros:
I like how this map differs from all the other maps. All the other maps have a kinda farmish/desertish fealing, this however doesn't. The CP are well accessable making it harder to deffend and a bit easier to attack , though there are still enough spots to guard on. So there will be a bit of those annoing engineers but i don't whine about that.
Cons:
The looks of this map are depressing, you should change the lighting , change some textures, they are doll and everything looks alike. For a sec i thought that all the screenshots we're taken from the same spot.
Improvements:
Maibe at the end of the map the rocket could egnite it's thrusters. Add a lot of props, and again change the textures make it less depressing. In the description add the fps cuz that is quite important.
Notes:
The idea is good, but seriously no place on earth is as depressing. It remembers me the first levels of hl1.

This reminds me of VALVe and they're maps, thats because of the detail you have put in this map.
There are a few minor defects i have seen on the map but only a very little, like a few textures are a little streched and out of the resolution.
I would like to find out the FPS of this map. You have not stated the fps level on the map but it is nesseseary for server owners to know what the fps is gonna be.
The map is really large and that is a plus if you are playing on a big server what is full of people so that the enemy won't just overrun the deffending team.
But yes you yourself stated that it has a sent of valve in it, yes it does. But valve would have made a few things different, i am not gonna go over em.
The capture points are well accessable so that they won't be camped at but it is quite easy to overrun them if they are too open.
In total, look over your textures and get us a fps statement. The rest is good. Keep up the good work.
On teamplay, it is really gonna take your whole teams co-operation to deffend this whole area.

This seems to be a map that is worth playing or atleast trying out, i am gonna ask my friend to put it on her server so i could test it with people on it.
It deffenetly is a big map with lots of places to hide and a lot of props to block with.
The envoirement is dark and creepy , just like a zombie map should be, not sunny with daylight like most of the new maps are made.
I like how you have used areaportals and how the envoirement changes so if that even the zombies can hide if needed.
I watched the video twice to see if there is enough detail , and i saw alot of detail. Some areas actually remind me of good movies. This map is as realistic as a zombie map can be. You have even created fog what makes it more creepy and more realistic.
About the teamplay. The zombies will certainly haveto struggle to get into some places and i saw a few spots where you could camp with m3 and not a zombie would touch you. But i am not 100% sure because i haven't explored the map from theese spots.
It seems like a nice map to play on but the fps what you have given is awfully low, imagine that on a server full of people and everybody is shooting. If it is a weak pc that is running the server or if a player has a bit older pc then he will certainly have lag. I suggest you do some optimizing.
And you have stated that vrad is none, i do not believe that this map is a fullbright map so obviously it is not a non vrad map.

Whoa, a new map by us. Well it is a toony map :) and it is a fy map so it looks quite good. Umm you should make a skybox. It doesn't end up if you don't so it doesn't get a 10 but it gets a 9.
