Hi, i'm the creator of de_rats_basement. I'm having some difficulties to includes the textures in th .bsp file, i will update the .zip very soon and there should be no problems anymore. I'm sorry you couldn't enjoy it, but the whole point of the map is pre-placed weapons. Buyzones are out of the question. Also, it's not a Sniper Map, the ranges are basically fine for most guns. The only ones that struggle are the Shotguns and a couple of the SMGs.

Did you see my previous post? That applies to you. We test it. People are not interested in your technical ungebunge, they just see, if a map is good or not. Its totally irrelevant what specialities do you know, or use to make a map, if its crap to play after all. But if you are mapping for just yourself, go ahead...

Hey dood, do you know where the Hammer Editor is? Or could you tell me what an entity might be? Perhaps how to construct a 3D skybox with volumetric fog effects to help mask the vanishing models as you move away from them, in turn boosting the framerate? Or maybe how and when to use a HINT brush? Maybe you do know how to do all those things. Maybe you do have some ground to stand on after all...
