Destroying the Earth is harder than you may have been led to believe.

You've seen the action movies where the bad guy threatens to destroy the Earth. You've heard people on the news claiming that the next nuclear war or cutting down rainforests or persisting in releasing hideous quantities of pollution into the atmosphere threatens to end the world.

Fools.

About Me:
I'm a hardcore gamer and a clockpunk wannabe. I'm in my first year as a full-time student at a local community college, currently majoring in "Sociology". My interests include gadgets & contraptions, computers, the Internet & its culture, the paranormal, philosophy, and (of course) video games.

I am agnostic. but I obey the Kosher laws (I justify the extra hassle with Pascal's wager).

In regards to my philosophy, I consider few things more worthy of respect than logic, reason, understanding, knowledge, wisdom, and thought. In my opinion, the noblest undertaking is to attempt to understand how something works (especially the things you normally take for granted).

Once I have a more thorough understanding of computers, I hope to secure a job as a computer diagnostician. Despite being extensively unknowledgeable (and acutely aware of it), I am usually able to diagnose and solve most of the sporadic problems that my gaming rig suffers..

I'm a member of The Lan Life, a small, loose association of gamers physically based in south-east Kansas. The Lan Life is essentially the successor to The League of Elite Fraggers. The [LEF] hosted twenty-four hour LAN parties every month or so, but since the clan has virtually disbanded these have ceased as of late. If all goes well, {TLL} will get them restarted soon. We hope to have a clan page on FPSBanana (whenever Rityus gets around to adding it), at which point I will add a link to it here.

Although I am, for the most part, generally unbiased towards any particular genres of game, First-Person Shooters and Strategy games tend to be my favorites; I am usually less inclined to play conventional RPGs than most gaming genres due to flaws in their basic game mechanics.

My gaming rig had been out of commission until recently, so I'd been playing a lot of games that didn't tax my laptop (especially TBS games) — I've even gone so far as to purchase membership on FunOrb, a website owned and operated by Jagex software that regularly releases and updates various high-quality Java-based games (my favorite of which would probably be Arcanists [most likely because of its close resemblance to the Worms series] or Steel Sentinels [because the mecha customization reminds me of Earth 2150]).

My gaming rig is now up and running again. Although a bit dated, it still runs TF2 well enough. Now if only I could acquire a bit more RAM...

When I'm not busy with school or gaming, I split my time between just generally screwing around (virtual or otherwise), odd jobs and/or projects (again, virtual or otherwise), scripting, and/or keeping tabs on a myriad of sites including (but not limited to): 8-Bit Theater [sprite webcomic], Cheer Up, Emo Kid [webcomic], Ctrl-Alt-Del [gaming webcomic], Erfworld [fantasy webcomic], Intelligence Silliness [TF2 webcomic], The Lan Life [clan website], MantaEngie's site [gaming blog] and Forum [gaming forum] (and their Steam chat), Nerf NOW!! [gaming webcomic], Order of the Stick [D&D webcomic], Penny Arcade [gaming webcomic], Saturday Morning Breakfast Cereal [webcomic], the official TF2 blog, Übercharged's site [TF2 articles] and Forum [gaming forum] (as well as their Steam chat), VG Cats [gaming webcomic], XKCD [webcomic], Yu-Gi-Oh: The Abridged Series [parody], Zero Punctuation [game reviews], as well as lightly scanning and responding to new FPSB submissions in the TF2 section.
(Of the sites I listed, I've labeled any that are not self-explanatory with a terse description [in brackets] next to them for your convenience.)

Contact Me:
I'm nearly always willing to talk, and I try and make myself as easy to contact as possible. If I'm online, I'm nearly always on MantaEngie's Steam chat or occasionally Übercharged's Steam chat — of course, you can also contact me on MSN or Steam (or via e-mail). I'd appreciate if you let me know who you are and on which site you stumbled across me, since most of my profiles on various sites redirect to this one. You can also use FPSB to PM me or simply post in my profile. Once we've met, feel free to add me on MSN or me on your Steam friendslist.

Hello Zurkov, truly sorry about not responding! I had no idea you had responded until the latest message you sent me, and I received an email telling me of your post. Once again, sorry! :(

Now to the problem:

I haven't made any custom scripts myself, nor do I have any experience with the stuff, so some detail may be required :P

As of now, I deleted the script (why keep what isn't working?) but I will reinstall it and see if that helps. I DID follow the instructions stated in the readme (I'm pretty sure, anyway), copying the script to my engineer.cfg and adding the "bind mouse2 +attack2" entry into the other class cfgs. The only other script I was using at the time was an AFK sentry rebuilder script activated and deactivated with "[" and "]" respectively. I'm not sure if this may have interfered with your Smartscript, but here is a link:
http://www.fpsbanana.com/scripting/4063

Fast Wep switch was enabled, and the script never worked properly in the first place (always primed the tele exit, if nothing at all) Though sometimes, it primed a dispenser. The only troubleshooting I had done on my own was re-installing the script, but of course that didn't help. I'm not entirely sure whether or not I held mouse3 and mouse2 at the same time to activate the script, but I will see if that changes anything. I will post another message after I re-install the script proper. Thank you for any assistance you can provide, and (again) sorry for the late response :D

My apologies. I made it more specific what was corrected and changed in my update. I plan to archive the b2 version.

Thanks for the great feedback on my map Blackhole. I have big plans for the scifi look.

It was a real bitch to make a skybox from scratch but it looks awesome I hope.

If you are interested I am planning to add:
custom decals like a old style sci-fi girl pin-up calender.
Asteroids in the 3D skybox that spin.
Stars that fall into the black hole.
The actual blackhole.
other asteroids with domes and such that explode as the team captures intel. This way even the sky box shows progress.

I'm pretty sure you're refering to the "echo" command.

FYI, there are a few dev commands that would only apply to one game or another (like "explode" in TF2 or "buy" in CS:S), but the majority of commands are the same in CS:S and TF2.
