Lol 4 me it works perfecty (well it works but i dont like it ) anyway gimme the source which tells that dynpricing will be mandatory! ;O this ll make count of source players much lower...

Look rcon is a thing which you need to exec commands on server (in the cause you arent host) so just create game map/count of bots aren't important when maps loaded type in your console mp_dynamicpricing 1 then mp_restartgame 1 and you've just enabled that piece of shit!
