For the avatar and upic. Just make it TF2 related. Here are some things that might help. I am a battle medic, meaning I LOVE to use the ubersaw. For the avatar just make it have a J or some J's in it. Because I like to be able to be recognized just by my avatar. I am not sure what else you need. I had it pretty easy when I had my avatars made. Since the heavenly and all might Wossname made it for me, it was easy to get something I liked. I perfer red team over blue. And as for the upic, just make it the same font as the J or J's that are in the avatar, and maybe add like a medic melee weapon in there. Similar to what I have now.

You can use them as reference. They are awesome, I know. Maybe you can throw some blood in. I don't care if it is hand drawn or what not. Name your price.

I do like your burst avatars, so you could use one as the background for the avatar.
